Forum Rules and Regulations?

Mods pasensya na po pero i was trying to check for forum rules and regulations pero wala. Hindi ko alam kung hindi lang ako marunong mag search o wala talaga hahaha

the reason i was looking for it is im editting my avatar and sig lines eh hindi ko po alam kung ano ang allowable size for both
