"BEST TIME" rules and format

1.) How the game is played:
-have the best time among all opposing cars..
-depending on the number of entries,qualified cars will also be selected for the "drag"..how? your time will determine if your car qualifies..
2.) How do we know our time:
-a timer will be placed at a certain point of the track and will automatically time your car for 3 laps..
3.) What if my car did not finish the said 3 laps:
-the racer will be given a chance to run his car for the second time (we call it "2nd try").but if your car still do not finish the 3 laps,it is considered to be out..(entry mo ulit)
4.) what if two cars own the best time after the closing of entries:
-both cars will have a "drag"..the winner will be declared the best time and the losing car will have to join the "drag"
5.) What is "drag"??
-when all qualified cars race just like an ordinary technical race whether it be for semifinals (6 laps) or finals (9 laps)..
